Getting a car soon - Lacrosse - 04-22-2012 Hey guys, I am getting a car soon and there are many factors to take into place. Money isn't a problem (under $4000 theres alot of stuff) but my mom is opposed to me getting a mustang (which I found alot that i liked) because they are bad in the winter. The car's I am currently looking at are these: http://westernmass.craigslist.org/cto/2957516249.html (mustang) http://westernmass.craigslist.org/cto/2950783405.html (eclipse) http://westernmass.craigslist.org/cto/2924739079.html (another eclipse) Give me your opinion on these cars, and if I shouldn't choose one of these for a first car. RE: Getting a car soon - Shumaan - 04-22-2012 The mustang isn't really that bad in winter. It is about the same as every other car. I would reccomend the Mustang first, but if your mother forbids it, get the first eclipse. I'll try and talk my mom into it but if she says no it isn't like the eclipse is a bad car... RE: Getting a car soon - stevegprince - 07-03-2012 Links are not live. But as my personal experiences, Mustangs are not particularly good at winter driving, but they are manageable. http://www.salvageautosauction.com/ |
