Reason - you just picked some round brush ( with spacing and scattering ) and smudged the whole area. Nothing so fantastic , need a lot of work.

This is supposed to be a smudge. Nothing is supposed to be fantastic. Look at a bunch of other smudges you will see.

Looks the same to me, seems like you need more experience with photoshop.
