Hey all!
I've decided to do a virus removal service but I'm not sure exactly what to do first and what not in order etc.
If some security expert could help me out with isntructions, tools, advice etc. that's be great!

You are creating a service which might contain harmful material causing damage to computers and you don't know how to utilize/what to utilize? I personally do not encourage this idea.

look around on google, your basic tools will work. Also study some online webpages for information on windows operating system virus removal.
