Topics & Material

Your forum must not be on a subject which discusses illegal material/topics. For example: drugs, terrorism and firearms. This includes the presentation, storage or transmission of links/images/content to potential illegal sites and substances.


Legal Use

Your forum's content must be legal in compliance with the laws of the United Stats of America. If we find any content which is illegal then action will be taken upon the forum. The database will be supplied to authorities if deemed necessary by our Administrators. Such common illegal happenings are: invasion of privacy, impersonation of others, viruses, email spamming, harassment, storage of warez and breach of copyright laws.


Tampering

Your forum is not allowed to redirect to another website. You are also not allowed to tamper with any links, advertisements or any other forced content on your forum which we have placed.


Abuse of Staff

In addition to the following terms and conditions above, you agree that you will treat our staff with respect just as they treat you with respect. Our staff have the right to cancel your forum and/or disable you from entering our website if deemed necessary.


Responsibility of Data

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your forum's content and it can be deleted it at any time given due to a violation. We will not be held responsible for any data loss that may occur.
