Unity is the reason I refused to upgrade. Although, at the log in screen you can select Ubuntu Classic as your session, and everything is back to sexy. I just stick with 10.10 though; seems like I don't have as many problems with it. When 11.10 comes out, 11.04 may be working better lol.

You don't need to use Unity. I'm using 11.04 with Gnome 3.

I know. At the login screen you can choose Ubuntu Classic. "refused" is past tense. I didn't know you could do what I just said and what I said in my post until a few weeks ago.

11.10 uses kernel 3.x, good reason to use it.
