6th form or college? - Wormag - 01-16-2011

I posted this in HF, but I didn't get much help.

I'm just wondering, what is better?
I don't know wether to join 6th form or college, what are the requirements for both?

I'm hopefully going to join a College. They are more laid back on the students, teachers interact with you easily as you call them by their real names as if they are friends, the work environment is more relaxed and you still get great high grades. My brother thought it was a great experience.

Just from what i've heard Smile

I could never really tell the difference between the both however college is much better. The teachers are cool and its a nice atmosphere (At least at my college anyway). Whereas If I had chosen to go to my high school sixth form I would of been stuck with my old crappy teachers, constantly surrounded by school children, no where to smoke and dumb timetable hours. Everyone I have spoken to who attends sixthform says they would of much rathered gone to college.
