If you brush you teeth when you wake up then when you got to bed you would not need teeth whitening.

I brush my teeth basically never and I don't use any whitening strips.
I need to start brushing more.

Does anyone know any good Teeth Whitening kits?
I'm a smoker and I don't brush my teeth very often (Just Mouthwash + Breath Spray) So I'm starting to see a little bit of yellowing on my teeth and I'm not happy with that.

I do it 3 times a day :p
When i wake up
After i've ate some lunch
And when i am going to bed.
Easy as that.

I brush then use a peroxide based mouthwash, no need for more than that if you stick to it.
