Not really because there won't be too much for them to do but accept members and kick members for inactivity.
The leader must be very good at coding, I would like Omniscient to lead the group but obviously he hasn't got time for it.
I'm not sure who has good coding skills here though.

I'm comfortable around VB.NET & C-Sharp.. But I'm almost definitely not the best coder on this forum. And besides I really don't feel that I can be the main leader of this group.
I think there should be 2 leaders. 1 that can manage the group well, and 1 that can code well.. That way you get the best of both.

The leader doesn't necessarily have to be the best at coding, because you also need good leadership skills, to cover the responsibility of being in control of a number of members. If you think about it, that makes the most sense, and as long as the leader is interested in coding and willing to be committed, no it does not matter if they are the best or not. A person who knows their code can screw up the group a lot faster than one who knows how to handle the responsibility of being the leader. Theres a fine line, and thats where it should be at. NOT the best coder.

I havn't got the most experience at all, I'm just saying we need a really good coder to be a leader.
