They really do need to sort that out though. Plus they're rather expensive. I would agree that it's one of their biggest downfalls. It's like robbery for the price. But Norton360 2011 has improved quite a bit from any 2008 or 2009 version of Norton in my opinion. N360 2010 was a big improvement as well, and during my upgrade from 2008 I noticed a big improvement with the amount of CPU usage. It's not as much of a memory hog as it used to be, and the CPU amount for Norton 360 2011 was at a maximum of around 10% just from that process on my computer. On daily use, my computer would be at around 25% CPU usage with everything on, and multiple web browsers open. |
