koll method,but google did normal indexing with a second after you have post meta tags in your site,

Not a great thread. Spammed with silly crap and to be honest not a great post to begin with.
I was hoping for more when i read it. Me personally i can get listed to top google positions pretty quick if the neiche is not saturated with little or none of what you posted.
Here is my idea.
Find your keyword and then....
1) Url matching keyword.
2) Content keywords matching url keyword.
3) Metas matching keyword.
4) Quality back links.
5) SUBMISSION.
Simple.

metas meaning:
meta name="keyword" value="keywords go here seperated by ',' "
meta name="description" value="description of your site goes here, maximum of 160 characters."
You put these in the <head> </head> section of your site.
Submission he is probably talking about submitting to directories and such. But nowadays this can really hurt your site. And if not this kind of submission please explain it DAMINK.
It could be in social media, ie Digg and facebook and Twitter (*sigh* yes Twitter)
or Hubpages/Squidoo.
