Its easy to fake cry but i mean they newborns waht do they not cry about?

I'm sure some actors or people have a way of fake crying without thinking of sad thoughts but rather forcing the tears down. I can do it, but it takes some time and it's still not too convincing

At school in the mornings I have to wipe my eyes most of the time from all of the yawning (plus I think my nasolacrimal ducts are very strange, maybe its just me) just so it doesn't seem as if I'm crying.
