There's so many positive things to say about this product it's hard to know where to begin. I'll try to avoid covering too much familiar ground of the other reviews. So let's start by saying this: It absolutely works. What's great about this program is that it addresses ALL your fitness needs.

Those videos are killer. I am in tip top shape and can barely finish them half of the time! They are very effective.

It seems very good, and I always see good reviews. I might try it soon, trying to get fit . Best to start in youth;)

I started the workout almost 2 weeks ago. I can see a vast improvement.
You really don't need everything that they say you do.
I only use the following:
Pull-up Bar (Can be found at any almost any sports store)
25-pound dumbbells

I also only drink water, milk, and OJ
I don't eat fast food

The videos can be found on piratebay.org.

I was about 145 and what people consider out of shape when I started this.
As of right now I weigh 132 and started to build a 6-pack.
No more chubby-tummy for me Yeye

I was only able to do it for a couple weeks but found significant results.
