First of all you need to relax. Having one testicle bigger than the other is perfectly normal. If you don't notice or feel any difference in your testicles then it's fine. If you feel some kind of a lump that wasn't there before, that's when you need to go and get it checked out. The odds of you having cancer are very slim. Don't be worried. I'm sure you're just paranoid.
How old are you? Have you gotten a physical examination recently?
You may just have a bad case of blue balls. You know what to do haha
Its nothing to get worked up about it. Check your balls regulaly and if you notice a differene see your GP
