Isn't this in some way Illegal? Like plagiarism or copyright infringement? I know DDOS is so who do you tell about these situations? Just get your host to email him?
Well the logo is trademark infringement. The text of the forums is copyright infringment. A proper DMCA notice would get results. I've already made contacts to start notices.
