I have a piece of garbage Samsung Reclaim.
If/whenever you get a phone, don't buy an LG Rumor, they are the worst phones EVER!
I ended up messing mine up somehow, did some research and it said that you can delete the firmware by pressing a code of numbers...
Not too sure if it's true though, but the screen wouldn't load or anything.
