Go here: http://nmap-online.com/ enter your ip-address and run a full scan.

click proceed, then select "all service ports". Run the test, If you passed you should be able to see this:

Go here: http://www.gfi.com/languard/ Software you can download for further testing, the "trial version" allows up to 5 different ip.

Log into your router, you should be able to disable ICMP.
