I have made this topic to request 2 kinds of eBooks based on Anxiety.

I need one eBook for myself. (Suffering from Anxiety) I want an eBook that will give me a better understanding of Anxiety and maybe just some tips on what I can do to make each day a little easier.

I need another eBook for a close friend of mine who is very close to me and my Anxiety is causing some problems in our relationship, I want an eBook that will give her a better understanding on what Anxiety is and maybe help her understand how hard it is for me to do certain things.

Note: I have looked on torrent sites but can't seem to find anything useful but please if you have a spare 5minutes help me look I really need this

Well I actually suffer from a really bad anxiety issue. I found it necessary to go to the doctor to seek medical help. It helped me alot and they put me on medicine(Fluoxitine) to help with it as well as counseling to deal with those everyday struggles in life.
