Didn't know where else to put this since there isn't really a section for it.
Anyways my question is:
-How do I have -1 rep from a guy that has less than 100 posts (requirement of 100 posts to give rep)
-Who is the guy that -rep me. I don't even know him...tbh I am not even on these forums as often as I'd like to be, I don't understand how or why he'd -rep me

Alot of people in the beginning here could +rep -rep no matter the posts you have so alot took advantage of it,later on Omni implemented the 100 posts + , - rep.

I have removed the -reputation from your account. Xenocide has given a good explanation as to why members below 100 posts had the ability to give +reputations.
