Please help my Ipod touch will not sync with Itunes. So therefore I can no longer add any songs to it.

Did you try reseting it? Hold the sleep/wake button at the top and the home button until the apple logo appears. If that doesn't fix it, let me know.
Are you using the original computer that you sync'd songs on it with?
Is your iPod Jailbroke by any chance?
Have you tried reinstalling/updating iTunes or the iOS firmware?
Reinstall itunes and try again? Have you even tried that?
Have you found a solution yet?
