I would personally tell her to inform her parents first and then go to a doctor to have everything confirmed etc and let her parents lead her into the correct procedure which is needed. The procedure to do an abortion always varys depending on the person. I personally do not have any past experience in this and really dont know about the state judical bypass due to me being in england. Hope this helps and hope you find out what u need
