That would be the worst thing to do even if it's available, all of his SEO will be robbed from the other sites that already start off with a better advantage in comparison to his domain. And when they search MW3Forum in google, it wont be his site that comes up in the search queue. You need something unique, he would probably never succeed if he took that domain
