Search for Windows XP on tpb and get the one with most seeders, download only activator.
I'm not sure if people can give you support with this, or any direct links. Even for VM the use of it without purchase is still warez.

I would recommend searching in torrent sites. There is a loader for windows xp though.
There are bunches of cracks, keygens, activator on thepiratebay.com. You can download one from there.
