How can I stop going back to my "old life" on the Internet?

Like, the old people I used to talk to, the games I used to play. I'm addicted. I know the password to my router so I keep unblocking sites to go on them, but I don't want to.

Do you have in real life friends? Visit them and talk, it's my best idea. I was once a gamer and I found that friends are way better then this freakin mic.

Well if your really want to commit to stopping, you could give a friend the passes to all the programs you use, and tell him to change it. Tell him to write all the changed passes and usernames in a notepad document, and tell him not to give it to you, but in case you REALLY REALLY need it, he will have it.
