I've used skullcandys and I kind of liked them. I currently use a turtle beach microphone/headset combo and it's nice.
If you are gaming, then defiantly Astro's. If you are going for noise reduction, go with Bose. If you are going with bass, don't get headphones, get really good sub-woofers. Smile

But, Astro's do have bass boost though. Smile
I'm going to buy headphones...this is really nice sharing by all...
This will be helpful for me...

Don't get beats lol they are incredibly overpriced just because their name.

I have astro a40s (headset) and I use them for music too, they're very comfortable.

The mic is removable and you don't need to use a mixamp for them as they connect to the mixamp with a 3.5mm plug
Get some new ones made by bose. Beats are way overpriced and not the best.
Sennheiser for Quality and Price
BOSE for Quality , They are too Costly
Skull Candy for the Looks .
I really like dre beats tours because of the HQ bass.

Asto's? I have never heard of them. Is it a company or type of headphone by a company?

Like I've said before I always trust and use Logitech. They haven't let me down.
The only head-phones I use really are my Skull Candy FMJ's. I really enjoy them and they were not too expensive.
Beats are the disgrace for audio, it's overpriced it's over rated and everyone thinks it's the best.
The quality isn't even that great lol.
