Take a Notebook, go for a walk somewhere where you feel calm.
Think about what is and what should be and write it down, start living your own life.

Everyone loves the family and some people have the problem of leaving from home, you should just move out from there and find yourself your own place and job. You're obviously stressed way too much, a place on your own would make you happier and free you from the stress, in those moments life just flows and you'll find a job in no time.

Get the helll out the house. submitting 20 applications and not getting a response is typical actually. Ive hit up 50+ places and I still dont have a response. but eventually you get it

It sounds like you need to switch rolls with you're parents lol. Sounds like there the kids and you're the only adult around.
