Do you have to drop the tank to change out the feul pump on a 99 eclipse

Yeah I would suggest googling it, or calling your local mechanic shop.
if you try to lift the back seat up you can reach the cover for the fuel pump unbolt that and you have acces to your fuel pump and can easely replace the fuel pump with its only 4 bolts
lift the back seat should be all you need to do bro
