I am always prompted with this page upon trying to access SF. It won't let me type in the text box, so I can't request access.

I'm unfamiliar with what you're using but is there a block list?

What do you mean by a block list?

Like an antivirus has a list of websites it disallows access to.

If you can't type in the box, then clearly you can't access the site. It's your problem, you'll have to only access using a PC or laptop.
