I already do. I ask him about his day, and he meows back. Every. Time. He also is like a dog in the fact he follows commands. If I tell him to come here, he does. It's weird.

Lol by the way you describe him, he reminds me of my cat Sammy, he does virtually the same stuff, and he is my favorite animal my family has ever had
He's the best cat ever. If only he liked to be held 
My cat doesn't really like to be held either lol, and I don't like holding him,he's like 13 Lbs xD
He's an amazing cat though, he ran off 2 days ago and he went missing for 10 hours, it was very scary and I realized how different our house would be without him.

My cat tried to run off. I chased him like a Kenyan. He never ran away again xD
