Please disable Ad-Watch, as it may hinder the removal of some HijackThis entries. You can re-enable it after your computer is clean.
To disable Ad-Watch:
To disable Ad-Watch:
- Right click on the Ad-Watch icon in the system tray and select "Restore Ad-Watch".
- At the bottom of the screen there will be two checkable items called "Active" and "Automatic".
- Active: Switches Monitoring On or Off without closing
- Automatic: Switches Automatic Blocking On or Off
- Active: Switches Monitoring On or Off without closing
- Uncheck (red X) both items.
