I've never seen most of those.

Only the PHP one.

I've seen them quite a lot of various vBulletin boards.
Just thought I'd see if any have been implemented on to SF.

The only really useful ones I would say are

Would be nice if they could be added onto SF.

These are the available codes by default. Omniscient may of added more.

I don't see why html would be needed.
Unless you need it to highlight the tags and not the plain text.
