Ok as most of you members here and on HF know that I work for a respectable hospital. Well we recently opened up a new facility and the Business Director My big boss is asking me to do more than 1 job at a time that's not included in my Title or job description Shouldn't I get a pay increase to do this other job? Considering it's not in my job title description. Let me put it this way.

I'm a CMA and he wants me to be an escort for the patients and work in shipping and receiving Aren't I entitled to a bigger salary?
You will have to discuss it with him, but most places can have you do odd jobs here and there.
Yeah you probaly should get a higher wage, alot of bosses do try this.
You should talk to him and ask for a wage increase while you do the extra jobs as it's not in the job description.
Though you got to remember he can probaly sack you.

Yup that's the only thing I'm worried about but I don't think he can actually do that considering who I know above him and my Father is above him, So I really Doubt he would be dumb enough to do that. But I wonder if I should approach him about that or go over his head b/c he's trying to make me work back there part time for now and then full time in the future which I don't want to do.

Yeah I knew that but it's not supposed to be an everyday thing though?

lol why don't you just tell your dad if he is higher. Of course you wont be sacked then if your dad is higher than him.
Yah he should either re-hire you with those things in your job description or hire someone for it.

That's what I say but he keeps on telling me that he is going to be hiring someone to be helping me out and It's been officially 1 month since we have oppened to the public, Otherwise all employee's have been here almost 2 months now. @ the other guy I can't just tell my dad we don't exactly have the father son relationship.
Quite frankly if you are performing a job that isn't in your job description and it hasn't been added and you've signed, then you should be able to ask for some extra money at the least.

Ok I asked him this morning about a possible increase in pay for doing these certain job tasks that he asks me to do, but he kinda got a little bit pissed off at me so what now should I go above his head to his big boss or what?
